  1. Which Harken unit is it, and do you still have it? Condition? Will it ship without costing more than it's worth? Did you get a new unit, or are you going to hank-on? Sorry for all the questions ;)

    1. It is still available, and honestly I have no idea what it is worth. I haven't taken the foils off the headstay yet, so it isn't shippable until I pull it all apart. I haven't measured, but I think the foils are in 5 or 6 foot sections, so once it is taken apart shipping shouldn't be too bad. The condition is decent and it worked flawlessly for the 6 years I sailed it (2001 -2007). It has been sitting in the boatshed gathering dust for the past 6 years and I am going with hank on because I want more sail change options than what the roller furler can provide easily. I believe the unit is a Mark I. I think I've found your email and will send this message along with a pdf of the manual I have. My email is matt@bowser.com,
